BSA Health Forms (will be turned in to event organizers)
Orienteering Waiver (youth only – will be turned in to event organizers)
Girl Scout Health Form (our troop needs this for all troop members and adults)
Permission for this campout (required for girls without parents attending)

Friday
- 5:00 pm Meet at Living Spaces
- 6:00 pm – Check-in
- 6:30 pm Setup, go over buddy system & rules
- 7:30 pm Grab and Go Dinner (Nachos in a Bag)
- 9:00 pm In tents
- 10:00 pm Quiet time
Saturday
- Before 8 am Free Time
- 8:00 am Breakfast (Pancakes)
- 8:00am to 10:30am – Registration Check in @ Log Cabin
- 8:45 am Flag Ceremony
- 9:00 am Zig Zag Compass Challenge
- 9:15 am to 9:45am – Beginner Clinic
- 10:00 am First start-time (all courses open)
- 12:00 pm Lunch (Hotdogs & Chips)
- 1:00 pm SWAPS Making / Dragon Tails Game / Free Time
- 2:30pm Awards Presentation (all courses closed)
- 3:00 pm MAZE-Orienteering
- 4:00 pm Fire Skills Training
- 5:00 pm Free Time
- 5:45 pm Flag Ceremony
- 6:00 pm Dinner (English Muffin Pizzas)
- 7:00 pm Campfire Skits & Songs
- 7:30 pm Flashlight Tag / Free Time
- 7:45pm Night-Orienteering check-in at Log Cabin
- 8:00pm to 8:45pm Night-O
- 9:00 pm Awards
- 9:30 Bed time

Sunday
- Before 8 am Free Time
- 8:00 am Breakfast (Grab and Go Muffins and Donuts)
